pork in indian curry sauce (pork korma)

a delicios everyday dish
Pork in Indian curry sauce made with pork tenderloin cut into cubes. Make any. a great deal and save right in the freezer! A wonderful everyday dish - who is quick to make and tastes really good!
For 2 people
Ingredients
450 grams pork, diced
4 tablespoons sunflower oil
3 onions, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 cinnamon stick
3 bay leaves
6 cardamom capsules
1 tsp. turmeric
1 fresh chilli, finely chopped
300ml Greek yoghurt
1 ds. peeled tomatoes (chopped)
½ liter broth, reduced to 1 deciliter (or boullionterning)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
salt
Preparation:
Heat oil and fry onion and garlic until soft.
Add remaining spices and fry it all under stirring for approx. 2 minutes.
Add the pork and fry until it is browned on all sides.
Stir yogurt, tomatoes, broth / boullionterning, chili pepper and salt and simmer for about 20 minutes, until pork is tender and sauce is thick.
Served with rice and chapatti bread !
Very good food fun with this lovely Indian dish with pork in curry!
