Chicken curry recipe must be tested. The tastes of the authentic India and should be verified by anyone who likes Indian food. This right is one of our personal favorites!


Ingredients
1 whole chicken pieces in the ca. 12 pieces.
1 chopped onion
3 chopped cloves of garlic
30 gr butter
4 dl. coconut milk
4 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt to taste
3 cm. fresh ginger, cut into thin strips

Masala
1 tbsp. crushed mustard seeds
1 tbsp. coriander
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp chili (to taste)

Cut chicken in approx. 12 pieces.
Mix masala spices with a little water until it forms a paste.
Heat the butter in a frying pan and the onions and garlic, fried golden.
Add the chicken pieces and the masala paste and fry for 10 minutes under stirring.
Add the coconut milk and salt.
Cover and allow to simmer for approximately correct. 30-40 minutes

Serve with freshly chopped coriander, mango chutney , lime pickle, basmati rice and naan bread . - And you have a great meal, you can be proud to serve!
