Avocado dip with cumin and chili - This exotic dip with healthy avocado, cumin, onion and chili has just the exotic flavor we expect from the Indian kitchen.
We recommend freshly baked naan bread as an accompaniment. But you may also dip as an accompaniment to roasted or grilled beef.
Ingredients for avocados dip
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 large ripe avocados (not soft!)
1 fresh green chilli, finely chopped
1 teaspoon freshly chopped cilantro
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt

Cooking Avocado dip
Share each avocado in half, remove stones and cut into smaller pieces. You can also bog avocado flesh
quickly add remaining ingredients and stir well together
Warm naan bread and serve the avocado mixture thereof.
And you can serve!
TIPS
Serve a complete vegetarian meal with this advocado dip, freshly baked naan breadand a curry dish from my collection of vegetarian dishes.
It's the lemon juice that keeps advocadoen from being brown. You can also save the stones from avocadoene and put them in the bottom of serving bowl. This also keeps the meat from getting brown.
